Amidst the picturesque backdrop of Srinagar, nestled alongside the serene Dal Lake, the city imparts a profound sense of wonder to those who venture within its realms. In our initial gathering, we will delve into the intricacies of our upcoming itinerary, laying the foundation for the memorable days that lie ahead.

Srinagar-Kargil (200 kms)

Departing from Srinagar, we venture towards Sonamarg, a snow-covered haven, en route to Zoji La. This pass delineates the boundary between Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Our journey includes a visit to Drass, the second coldest inhabited village in Asia, featuring an intriguing museum. The night finds us in Kargil.

Kargil-Leh (220kms)

With accessories secured and gear donned, we embark on our journey to Leh. Today’s route is smooth, taking us through two breathtaking passes – Namki La (12,139 ft) and Fotu La (13,478 ft). Amidst charming villages, we explore landmarks like the Maitreya Buddha at Mulbekh and the Moon land at Lamayuru.

A short excursion (35-40 kms one way)

Our journey will unfold through captivating destinations such as the Hall of Fame, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Sangam, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, the Magnetic Hill and Shanti  Stupa.

Leh-Nubra (130 kms) via Khardung La

En route to Nubra, we shall traverse the legendary Khardung La, the second highest motorable road. As the day progresses, we anticipate reaching our camp by evening, providing a tranquil haven for the night.

Turtuk and Back (85 kms one way)

On this day, our journey leads us towards Turtuk, once part of Pakistan and now acclaimed as the final Indian village. Here, amidst the serene landscapes, immerse yourself in the richness of Balti culture woven by the inhabitants. As the day unfolds, we gracefully retreat to our camp, enveloped by the tranquility of the approaching evening.

Nubra-Pangong (170kms) via Shayok river valley

Day 1

Arrival in Manali

Upon reaching Manali, the inaugural destination of our expedition, our team will extend a warm welcome to all participants. This day will be dedicated to fostering connections with our esteemed visitors, ensuring that any queries or uncertainties regarding our forthcoming journey through Ladakh are meticulously addressed. Renowned as one of the nation’s premier hill stations, Manali exudes a lively ambiance, drawing in travelers from both within the country and across the globe.

Manali-Jispa (90 kms)

Following our exploration of Manali, our route leads us through Solang Valley to the Atal Tunnel, a remarkable high-altitude passage stretching approximately 10 kilometers. Exiting on the Lahaul Valley side, we’ll admire Sissu Waterfalls and savor the beauty of Jispa, situated at an elevation of 3200 meters—an Indian version of Switzerland.

Jispa-Sarchu (85 kms)

Commencing from Jispa, the expedition to Ladakh ventures into the borderlands of Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh. Set amidst elevated landscapes, the journey unfolds in camping tents. Thanks to a arrangement between bikers union from both states, ride and team exchanges may be part of the experience.

Sarchu-Leh  (250 kms)

Embark on an adventurous journey along the Leh–Manali highway, conquering high-altitude passes like Lachung La and Nakeela. Navigate Gata Loops, ride the vast Moore Plains, and triumph over the challenging Tanglang La Pass. The day concludes with a well-deserved shower in the heart of Leh city.
